There is a bond between these two... one I can't explain... one that need no words... one that has no sibling rivalry... one that is deeper than any other I know.
I just wanted to thank you for sharing your experiences and journey with your son. I randomly found your blog by looking for crafting ideas. :) it was especially encouraging to me to see the bond between your children. My husband and I are expecting our 2nd baby soon and our daughter, who is 2 1/2, is a mystery girl with some unknown disorder particularly affecting her brain. I have been very nervous about what kind of relationship they could have. So many of your experiences are things we are still in the midst of ourselves. I was really touched by your entry about seeing the college commercial on tv and realizing that we may someday look back and wish to be in these challenges again... There is joy here, although it can be hard to find in the midst of the painful unknowns. Anyways, thanks for sharing your heart. God used it to encourage me.
